Artist Linda David

The past few years has been a career search, trying many different occupations with her art remaining in her life as a “hobby”. Thank goodness, she has finally decided to get back into her drawings and painting full time and now spends eight to ten hours a day doing what comes so naturally to her.

I met Linda at the Elms while she was doing the original drawing of the Elms in the lobby. I used to stand and watch as she made each tiny stroke of her pen, making the drawing come alive. I would marvel at how accurate it was and how talented she was. She would just say “It’s all in the pen”. Of course, I went and bought a set of Rapidograph pens like hers, but mine never worked like hers did. So after all these years, I remain a fan and champion of Linda David and her amazing talent, be it pen and inks, oils, pastels, or pencil drawings. I know you will enjoy her work as much as I have, as well as many others do.
